pHresh Greens Usage and Directions

Usage: For initial alkalizing, use pHresh greens 3 times per day for 7 days. For maintenance, use at least once per day, preferably at the start of the day (on an empty stomach). After opening, pHresh greens is best stored in a cool, dry place.
