Mannose is a sugar that passes through the human system unmetabolised and once absorbed quickly finds its way to the kidneys and ultimately passed in the urine.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) teaspoon (5.725g) every 3 to 4 waking hours in water, blueberry or cranberry juice. Do this daily until the contents of the jar have been consumed. Drink plenty of fluids.

The powder is mildly sweet tasting that mixes easily in any number of your favourite beverages.

UT Vibrance is also available in Tablet form.
