Placing an order with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted and a contract is made between us, subject to confirmation of payment and in accordance with our terms and conditions. We will not take payment from you until your order is accepted. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

Delivery & shipping

UK Shipping

For UK orders we offer the following 2 services.

Free Economy UK & EU*

We use a variety of shipping companies including DPD, Royal Mail and TNT depending on what you have ordered. We aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day. Should the items be sent with Royal Mail it will be on their tracked 48 hour service and will require a signature for orders over £100 value. If a courier service is used, it will be dispatched on a 48 hour service. All courier orders will require a signature and work Monday to Friday. These timescales are provided as a guide and not guaranteed.

Express 1 to 2 Working Day UK £2.75

For those who choose to pay for the upgrade we continue to use a variety of shipping companies including DPD, Royal Mail and TNT depending on what you have ordered. For orders on this service placed before 2pm on a Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day or for orders after 2pm they will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Should the items be sent with Royal Mail it will be on their tracked 24 hour service and will require a signature for orders over £100 value. This is not a guaranteed next day delivery service therefore we state 1-2 days.  If a courier service is used, it will be dispatched on a 24 hour service. All courier orders will require a signature.   Delivery companies normally deliver between Monday and Friday however you may receive a Saturday or Sunday delivery but this is not normal or guaranteed.

International Shipping

European Union (EU)

For EU countries we offer the following three services.

Free Economy UK & EU*

Again like the UK we use a variety of shipping companies including DPD, Royal Mail and TNT depending on what you have ordered. We aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day. The service chosen depends on order value, product weight and destination. Should the items be sent with Royal Mail delivery can take up to 20 working days but are often received a lot sooner, particularly for near European countries. Some orders will be sent with a courier and delivery timescales are up to 10 working days. These timescales are provided as a guide and not guaranteed. Orders under £50 do not require a signature and this service is not tracked.

Upgrade Courier Tracked and Signed Service £9.75

Your order will be sent with DPD, TNT, UPS or Parcel Force on a fully tracked service.  Orders received before 12noon will be dispatched the same working day, otherwise it will be the next working day. Guideline delivery timescales will vary from country to country in the EU. Delivery timescales to your country are detailed below. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. Delivery is normally between Monday and Friday. Estimated timescales are based on a working week excluding the day of receipt of your order.

Rest of the World £25.00

There will be a flat rate charge for all shipping outside the EU. Orders for less than £100.00 value and less than 2kg in weight will be dispatched by Royal Mail. Orders weighing over 2kg or over £100.00 in value will be dispatched by courier on a fully tracked, signed for service. It is the responsibility of purchasers to satisfy themselves that the goods they are ordering can be imported into their country. Import duties may be required in the country of delivery which will be the responsibility of the receiver of the order. Water for Health Ltd will not be responsible for delays caused due to customs delays in the country of the customer. If the receiver fails to collect the parcel from customs/post office/collection point and it is returned to us we will not refund the £25 postage charge.

*Free shipping only applies for first delivery attempt. Should your order be returned to us you are expected to pay for the next delivery attempt or your order will be refunded. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and in original packaging to protect against damage. We will refund the value of products and the outbound delivery cost. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event of there being a problem with the goods, please contact us immediately and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Privacy

We respect our clients’ privacy and never share addresses with third parties. The only exceptions are Feefo, as when customers contribute product/service reviews to our website, and the relevant delivery company who ship our products. 

We never sell your personal details to third parties. However, we have to share your details with respected companies for the purpose of processing your order alongside carefully chosen digital service providers.  Examples of such are digital management or courier companies and payment processors.

Changes to these terms

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
