4 week protocol:
Optimise Gut pH with PH Caps: 5 x capsules with 200ml of water. 3 x daily. Before, during or after meals.
Restore Your Microbiota with Probiotic sachets: 1 x Probiotic sachet in 200ml of water every morning for 7 days. Then 1 x Probiotic sachet every third morning for 2 weeks. Then 1 x Probiotic sachet, once per week, until pack is finished.
Rehydrate and Remineralise with Chloride: 30 x drops in 200ml of water. 2 x daily, between meals for better absorption.

Protocol:
Week 1:
PH Caps: 5 x Caps with 200ml (7oz) of water. 3 x daily. Before, during or after meals. Until finished.
Chloride: 30 x drops in 200ml (7oz) of water. 2 x daily. Between meals for better absorption. Until finished.
Stimulate Your Microbiota with Prebiotic: 2-5 x teaspoons throughout the day, with any food or drink you’d like to sweeten. Until finished.
Week 2:
Begin Probiotic Sachets. Continue with PH Caps, Chloride and Prebiotic.
Probiotics: 1 x Sachet in 200ml (7oz) of water. Every morning, for 7 days. Then 1 x Probiotic Sachet, every third morning for 2 weeks. Then 1 x Probiotic Sachet, once per week, until pack is finished.
Remember: Probiotic Sachets first thing in the morning. PH Capsules and Prebiotic throughout the day and evening. Chloride in the afternoon and evening.

PH Caps: 5 x capsules, three times daily, until pack is finished.
Probiotic sachets: 1 x Probiotic sachet (first thing in the morning on an empty stomach) in water or freshly-pressed juice per day for 5 days, until pack is finished.
Chloride: 20-30 x drops in water or freshly-pressed juice any time of the evening before bed.
