Free delivery on every subscription order.
Our subscribe and save service is available to UK customers only. If you're on a subscription, you get free standard delivery on every order, whatever the order value. Your subscription orders are sent out on exactly the same schedule as everything else we dispatch. For non UK subscription orders you will be billed as per the outlined rates on this page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking details. If your order hasn't arrived when you'd expect, check your tracking link first and then get in touch if you need a hand. We're always happy to help chase things up.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We can't accept damage claims reported after this time. You can reach us by email or on live chat and we'll get it sorted for you.
