Subscribe & Save – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to our Subscribe & Save programme. By subscribing, you also agree to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Your Subscription

When you subscribe to a product, you'll receive automatic repeat deliveries at your chosen frequency (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days) at a discounted price. Your first order is placed immediately; subsequent orders are charged and dispatched automatically at your selected interval.

Pricing

The subscription discount is applied to our standard listed price at the time each order is processed. If a promotional price is active on your order date, you will be charged whichever is lower. When a promotion ends, your subscription price will revert to the standard listed price minus your subscription discount.

Payment

Payment is taken automatically using your chosen payment method at the time each order is processed. If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry after 3 days. After two failed attempts, that delivery will be skipped and you'll be asked to update your payment details.

Managing Your Subscription

You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time by logging into your account. Changes must be made at least 3 working days before your next scheduled order to take effect on that cycle.

Cancellation

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us at here or on 01764 662111.

Returns

Our standard Refund Policy applies to all subscription orders.
