Deep-sea fish oil TG concentrate (from anchovies, sardines and mackerel), fish gelatine, humectant: glycerol, lutein (FloraGLO®), Siberian ginseng 5:1 root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus), nicotinamide, bulking agent: silicon dioxide, natural zeaxanthin (ZeaONE™), emulsifier: soy lecithin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, natural orange flavour, riboflavin, antioxidant: TocoMarin (a mix of rosemary and tocopherol rich extracts), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®), cholecalciferol, methylcobalamin, sodium selenite, D-biotin.

One softgel per day, best taken with foods containing olive oil or other fats, such as yoghurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

   At Water for Health we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt. This is often done the same day, subject to the product being in stock. However, we import products from all over the world and there can be times when we might briefly be out of stock with a product due to timescales from ordering to delivery. Should the item be out of stock, we will notify you within one working day to provide a delivery date.
